Due to the custom nature of our products, standard returns are not applicable. However, if your order is defective or incorrectly manufactured by Gharvynnhlix, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery to report the issue and request a repair or replacement.

Return Conditions

Returns or replacements will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product has manufacturing defects or material flaws
  • The product was manufactured incorrectly based on our measurements
  • The wrong product was shipped (different from what was ordered)
  • The product was damaged during shipping due to inadequate packaging on our part

Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defective product, incorrect manufacturing, wrong item shipped, or damage due to our packaging), Gharvynnhlix will cover all return shipping costs. If the return is due to customer error (incorrect measurements provided by the customer), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process

To initiate a return or request a repair or replacement:

  3. Submit photos of the defect or issue if applicable

  7. Receive your replacement, repair, or refund as determined by our review

Non-Returnable Items

The following items or circumstances are not eligible for return:

  • Custom products manufactured correctly according to customer-provided specifications
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
  • Products returned after the 30-day return period
  • Products without proof of purchase or order number
  • Products that have been modified or altered by the customer
  • Special order items or clearance products unless defective

General Legal Requirements

This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. In jurisdictions where consumers have statutory rights that cannot be excluded, those rights are preserved. This policy does not affect your legal rights as a consumer under applicable law.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before production begins. To cancel:

  • Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, and you will be responsible for the full order amount

Refund Procedure

If your return is approved and a refund is issued:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • The refund amount will equal the purchase price minus any shipping costs that were originally covered by you
  • For approved returns due to our error, a full refund including original shipping costs will be provided
  • You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution

Custom Products

Because Gharvynnhlix manufactures custom blinds and curtains to your specific measurements and specifications, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrectly manufactured by us.

Defective Products

If your custom window treatments from Gharvynnhlix arrive with manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace them at no additional cost. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to report any issues.

Incorrect Measurements

If Gharvynnhlix made an error in measuring or manufacturing your blinds or curtains, we will correct the product at our expense. However, if measurements were provided incorrectly by the customer, adjustments may incur additional charges.

Warranty Claims

Gharvynnhlix products are covered by our warranty for manufacturing defects. Warranty claims must be made within the specified warranty period and may require inspection of the window treatments.

Exchanges and Adjustments

Minor adjustments to custom blinds and curtains may be possible depending on the modification needed. Contact Gharvynnhlix to discuss adjustment options, which may be subject to additional fees.
